Jason Tapolci – Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Jason oversees the daily operations of Ad-Base Group, including work processes and human relations. Bringing his organizational and process-oriented strengths to the table, Jason has Ad-Base Group running efficiently and seamlessly.
Known as an approachable and passionate leader, his employee-focused method to management has led to an effective and loyal team. Implementing a goal-based employee strategy, Jason has created an environment where accountability and results are abundant.

After obtaining a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998, Jason joined brother Jeff Tapolci in the family business and together started its transformation into today’s Ad-Base Group.
Jason takes his hands-on approach to life far beyond Ad-Base Group. He enjoys golf, sports and competition, family, and volunteering.
